The app handles a lot of data, so it had to be designed to feel simple and instantly understandable for first-time users.


Users could choose how to display the AskAI widget—either as a floating button, a search bar, or hidden within the FAQ section. It was designed to be fully customizable, allowing brands to adapt and embed it seamlessly into their websites.


Users can preview how it looks within the app and see exactly how it works by answering real questions. They can toggle between searching within the website or interacting directly with the AI.
