The platform and its marketing sites lacked a cohesive visual language, resulting in an experience that felt outdated, fragmented, and inconsistent. Students were dropping off because the interface often created confusion about what was happening on the page. For new students, the mixed visual styles and lack of clarity made the product feel unreliable, which discouraged them from signing up.
